RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  3. Please email baeyoungco@gmail.com, include your order number. banking details will be emailed to you.
  4. Exchange Items cannot be On Sale (BAEYOUNG cannot return Sale Product, this includes size exchanges of Sale Product)
  5. We must wait for the returning product to get back to us before exchanging/refunding and the goods must be undamaged/unworn with all the relevant packaging still intact/undamaged, please understand how important this is.
  6. Please email baeyoungco@gmail.com your order number and we will effect the exchange.
  7. If an item sent to you is the wrong size/item from what you ordered. BAEYOUNG will pay the Courier fee and get the right item to you as quickly as possible.
  8. Credit Card Refunds take up to 14 days by law.
  9. EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers’ accounts (Depending on Bank).
  10. Direct Deposit Refunds will be processed within 1 hour of product returning.
  11. The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting.
  12. When the courier collects, please make sure THEY ARE IN A MARKED COURIER VEHICLE, ARE WEARING UNIFORMS AND SUPPLY YOU WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION

Returns and refunds must be enacted within 7 Days of receiving goods.
